Our work doesn’t stop at the city level. Many of the challenges our communities face—like underfunded services, unfair taxation, and mass incarceration—are driven by state-level policy. Through year-round organizing and advocacy, we are building people power to influence state legislation that directly impacts New Britain residents.
We know that lasting policy change takes organized people, not just good ideas. That’s why we work in close partnership with statewide coalitions like CT for All to educate, mobilize, and empower our community.
